This is ridiculous, but here it is! It has been reported that a group of “ambulance-chasers” is suing the US government saying that the illegal immigrant “children” do not have legal representation and that the US Constitution guarantees it! Despite a federal law to the exact contrary. Leave it to these shysters to try and drum up business wherever they can…maybe not enough ambulances to chase up there in the Emerald City area. BO has already earmarked $2M for lawyers to work on cases of these illegals! Every time a foreigner touches US soil, some seem to believe they are “guaranteed” all Constitutional rights and guarantees…that’s BS! Whatever happened to legal citizen rights? Guess that line is pretty well blurred now.

I have a question along the same lines as what you wrote in your piece. The Benghazi criminal that was transported into our shores is going to be tried in a civilian court. Now it’s my understanding that every American citizen is entitled to a jury of his peers. Having said that, just who the heck is going to be ON this jury to decide this terrorists fate? Are the Feds bringing in Guantanamo prisoners to be on the jury? His peers are terrorists. So if the Feds don’t in fact do that, then doesn’t it open the door for a mistrial and he walks away a free terrorist? Just connecting the dots…….
