At least there are a few smart people out here on the Left Coast…but none of them are obviously state lawmakers! Yesterday our Democratic “Peoples Governor” Jerry Brown, signed into law a $15 per hour minimum wage; now the highest in the nation!

Below is a letter in yesterday’s WSJ from a Mr. Henry Schmid of Sonoma, Kaleephorneeah. Assuming his math is correct, my hat’s off to Henry. In his letter he details who makes out the best under the new law and it is NOT the hourly worker! Yep, you guessed it, once again it’s Your Uncle Sam and this time Uncle Jerry will share in the wind fall…at the expense of the workers who can least afford it!

Read for yourself below…Mr. Schmid examples a family of four with both adults working for the minimum wage of $15 an hour, will send the government $7,778 more each year and the family will lose it’s annual $2,400 food stamp credit. So how’s that for real sound fiscal thinking?

Well, this presidential primary season has brought out a lot of “stuff”! And by “stuff” I mean corruption, dishonesty and lying. Face it, we all knew it was there…at least if your a living, breathing human with half a brain and a smidgeon of common sense.

This was further proven this morning in the WSJ on the Opinion Page. Don’t know why they put it on that page, but they did. The truth is…it’s all truth…not opinion! I’ll give Bret Stephens an “A” for his paper on page A11. Just read for yourself and you’ll see why he can hit the nail on the head!

Finally, others are getting the truth out about the phony polls about the Republican vote in Wisconsin! Just wonder why Ted Cruz isn’t suing The Enquirer over their story about his having extramarital affairs with five different women? I know that if it were me, and I wasn’t guilty of doing those things, I would sue their butts off!

At the same time, we hear loud howls from those who “say” they’ve been wronged. Does anyone remember North Carolina Senator John Edwards from 2007? They “howled” then too that it was all a big phony story…NOT! Seems strange that those “howls” sound much the same today about the “Curzer”…or is that just me?

Folks…this is basic stuff and I’m surprised that the media hasn’t thought of it…well, I’m not really surprised at all. Here’s the deal…what you would do if you were to buy a business or become CEO of the largest company in the world? Well, I know what the very first thing I would do is and I’m betting it’s about the same thing Donald Trump is going to do when he’s elected POTUS. Therein lies the reason that “they”, the politicians, the media and the Presidential candidates from both sides of the isle, are scared to death.

Now let me spell out the answer. I would do just as Mister Trump is going to do and that is call for a full and total audit of this country. Impossible you say! But here, I believe is the answer he’ll give you. If he’s going to run this business for the next four years, he is going to know exactly what will need to be done. That is the right thing and the smart thing to do. Trump as I would, wants to know where all the money is going…don’t you want to know as well…it’s your money!

Just to start things off…on March 10, 2016, the WSJ’s front page story asks WHERE DID $110 BILLION GO? Now for me, that’s a pretty good question. But the “media” never picked up on it…wonder why? It seems that this $110 Billion is the amount that the Federal government received as settlements paid by U.S. banks for their part in inflating the mortgage bubble since 2010. …well…hate to say this, but you Belgian citizens are to blame for much of this tragedy. First, you voted in a Liberal government, then you let your elected officials take away all your guns and then you let them invite the Mooselumps into your country to be your neighbors. WTF did you expect? I wish I could say the U.S. will come to your aid, but right now, our leader has no cajones and speaks only from the back of the bus.
