Hey did you know this…ALL (CA.) parents that use the Pacific Justice Institute opt-out form to request OPT-OUT of your child’s standardized testing, will be provided free legal representation by the Pacific Justice Institute if their/your rights are violated? Last year 60,000 New York State students filed for OPT-OUT status as did 40,000 in New Jersey. It seems that all students are learning in school these days is how to take tests!
